Today was a day for rest and waiting as the doctors thought it best to wait one more day to try extubation. They will try again Sunday. As I mentioned, this is a critical time in terms of the secondary risks and Jerry has developed pneumonia. The doctors are treating it and we hope for a successful extubation tomorrow.
Prayer requests continue to be:
1. Pray for protection from secondary infection and illness.
2. Pray for successful extubation for Jerry.
3. Pray for continued strength for Debbie.
